Lorenzo Insigne curled a stunning strike into the top right corner to help Napoli beat Roma 2-1 and move level on points with the fifth-place side from the capital.
Napoli opened the scoring early into the second half when Jose Callejon connected with a low cross to steer the ball past keeper Pau Lopez from close range.
Roma's Henrikh Mkhitaryan cancelled out Callejon's opener, equalising with a driving strike into the bottom left corner in the 60th minute.
With the match headed for a draw eight minutes from time, Insigne collected the ball just inside the edge of the box and unleashed a stunning curling strike around the outstretched arms of Lopez that nestled in the top corner to give Napoli the lead again.
The win means Napoli and Roma are now tied at 48 points apiece on the Serie A table, both 15 points behind fourth-placed Atalanta.
