The pair learned their official figures during club side Celtic's full squad reveal on Thursday (AEST), with starlet Arzani improving his overall rating by 11 points.

Fresh from his loan move to Celtic via Manchester City, the 19-year-old's stellar 2018 FIFA World Cup and A-League season with Melbourne City saw EA Sports increase his player rating from 58 to 69.

Rogic meanwhile remained at 75, the fourth-best player in the squad behind Scott Brown (77), Kieran Tierney (76) and James Forrest (76).

The attacking midfielder saw improvements in subcategories 'Shooting', 'Dribbling', 'Passing' and 'Defending', but was unable to add to his overall rating for the fourth successive instalment of the series.
Cristiano Ronaldo remains king of the crop for this year's edition, ahead of rival Lionel Messi, who sits in second place despite sharing an identical overall rating of 94.

Ronaldo, who is yet to score a goal for Juventus since his €112 million move from Real Madrid this past transfer window, is on the cover of the video game once again.

Brazil and Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar rounds out the top three, boasting five-stars in the 'Skill Moves' and 'Weak Foot' categories to go with his overall rating of 92.

The rest of FIFA 19's top 10 player list is dominated by defending UEFA Champions League winners Real Madrid, with Luka Modric (91), Sergio Ramos (91) and Toni Kroos (90) all allotted amongst the Premier League's Kevin De Bruyne (91), Eden Hazard (91) and David de Gea (91).
