UEFA has charged Neymar for comments made about match officials after Paris Saint-Germain lost to Manchester United in the Champions League.
UEFA has opened an investigation into Brazilian star Neymar for comments made after his club Paris Saint-Germain were eliminated from the Champions League last 16 by Manchester United.
The European governing body said on Friday the 27-year-old forward, who missed the match earlier this month with injury, was charged with "insulting/molesting acts against [a] match official."
United overturned a 2-0 defeat in Manchester to win 3-1 in Paris with the aid of a last-gasp penalty awarded by video review to progress on away goals.
Neymar said on social media that UEFA appoint "4 people who know nothing about football to watch the VAR slow motion," and ended his post with an insult.
The post has since been removed from his account.
