Saturday's showdown between England and Spain will be a repeat of the Under-17 European Championship final in May, which Spain won in a penalty shootout.
Brewster, who bagged a hat trick against the United States in the quarter-finals, scored his first goal in the 10th minute.
He became the leading scorer in the tournament just before halftime with his sixth goal and completed his hat-trick 13 minutes from time.
Wesley scored Brazil's lone goal in the 21st minute.
Spain captain Abel Ruiz scored twice, including a first-half penalty, while Ferran Torres scored in the 71st minute.
Mali's consolation goal came through Lassana N'Diaye.
