Matildas captain Kerr won plenty of plaudits by assisting both goals in Chelsea's 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid, especially considering the Blues were down to 10 women after a 12th-minute red card.
The resulting penalty from the red card was well saved by 'keeper Ann-Katrin Berger.

Kerr won her side's penalty which was converted by Maren Mjelde in the 58th minute, and just minutes later set up English star Fran Kirby to put Chelsea in control of the tie ahead of the return leg in Madrid.
The other Aussie in action was Indiah-Paige Riley, who came off the bench for Fortuna Hjorring as they were cleaned up 4-0 by barnstorming Barcelona.

Barca's prolific attacker Jennifer Hermoso bagged a hat-trick against the Danish club.

Matildas defender Karly Roestbakken did not feature for Norwegian club LSK Kvinner as they went down 2-0 against German giants Wolfsburg.
