Lazio beat visiting Cittadella 4-1 with a Ciro Immobile brace to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia, where they will face Fiorentina later this month.
Immobile opened the scoring for the home side after going one-on-one with goalkeeper Alberto Paleari while Felipe Anderson struck in similar fashion.
The Serie B visitors then scored an own goal but pulled one back from Paolo Bartolomei's free-kick in the 41st minute.
Immobile then finished off another break in the box three minutes from time.
Fiorentina advanced by beating Sampdoria 3-2 the previous day. AC Milan beat Verona 3-0 to set up a city derby with Inter Milan, who prevailed on penalties against third-division Pordenone.
Four remaining games of the last-16 round are scheduled next week.
