Currently in his second spell with Glory, Neville, 30, is looking to nail down regular first team action after playing second fiddle to former Socceroo Ivan Franjic for most of last season.
He did make 22 appearances for Tony Popovic’s premiers but 15 of those came off the bench.
His extra-time goal against Adelaide United in the playoff semi-final helped Glory into the decider against Sydney FC, after a penalty shootout.
He has spent a total of six seasons in the west, sandwiched between spells at Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers, for a total of 198 A-League appearances.
Sources close to Glory also suggest that Ingham - who was first linked with the club in March - is in discussions over sealing a move there.
The 20-year-old defender made 13 appearances last season for a struggling Brisbane side, where he has a year left on his deal.
However, it’s understood the Roar product may be allowed to make the switch with Neville likely to arrive at Suncorp Stadium on a multi-year deal.
After several weeks of speculation, Fairfax reports that Burnley’s Aiden O’Neill, 20, is across the line also, along with midfielder Brad Inman, 27, who appears bound for Queensland from League One Rochdale.
Sources in England suggest that Olyroo O’Neill - who was born and bred in Brisbane - will join his hometown team on a season-long loan, similar to the one which took him to Central Coast Mariners last season.
Meanwhile, the attack-minded Inman, who was on Newcastle United’s books as a teenager, has been offered a multi-year contract.
In addition to Rochdale, he has also had stints at Crewe Alexandra and Peterborough United, scoring 29 goals across 104 appearances in England’s lower tiers.
