Club Brugge defeated nine-man Standard Liege 3-0 in a battle of the Pro League's under-performing big guns.

Despite Eyong Enoh's 11th-minute dismissal and Timmy Simons' 28th-minute penalty, the game was not settled until stoppage time when Jeff Louis was dismissed, Simons capitalised with a second penalty and Nicolas Castillo also found the net.

Australia goalkeeper Mat Ryan kept another clean sheet for Brugge.

Leader Anderlecht was held to a goalless draw at home to Genk, leaving it just three points ahead of Gent and Lokeren with Club Brugge two points further back in fourth.

Lokeren came from behind to win 3-1 at home to Oostende, which led through Frederic Brillant but then had Elimane Coulibaly sent off before half-time. Nill de Pauw levelled and Mijat Maric scored twice, his second coming from a penalty.
