Bolt linked with move to Maradona's Mexican club

Usain Bolt has reportedly been linked with a move to Mexican side Dorados, currently managed by Argentina legend Diego Maradona.

A contractual disagreement with Central Coast Mariners spurned Bolt's dreams of becoming a professional footballer, but it appears Maradona may be the man to help the sprint star realise his dream.

According to Marca, the FIFA World Cup winner is willing to sign the Jamaican to his second division side, who are currently through to the play-offs after finishing the season in seventh place.

Bolt is no stranger to Maradona, with the pair having formed a friendship through a charity event earlier this year.

With two goals in his sole Mariners start, in a trial game, the 32-year-old demonstrated significant improvement - according to Central Coast coach Mike Mulvey.
And while his Australian adventure came to an end, it appears Bolt remains a wanted a man.

"We have a lot of offers," Bolt told The Standard.

"It's just finding the right one because the next one I have to make sure it's going a positive way so that's the focus.

"That's all I can say."

Should Dorados secure promotion to the Liga MX, it is believed Maradona wants Bolt to lead the line next season.
