Giannis Gianniotas scored twice in the first half as Asteras Tripoli claimed a 3-0 win over Greek Super League leader PAOK.
Gianniotas (ninth and 45th) struck home either side of Khalifa Sankare's 30th-minute goal to put the home side well in control at half-time.
PAOK was unable to find a response after the break but remained top of the standings, one point clear of second-placed Olympiacos.
Meanwhile, Platanias claimed a 3-0 win over 10-man Panionios.
Luka Milunovic (55 and 70) put Platanias comfortably ahead after Evangelos Oikonomou was sent off in the 59th minute, with David Torres (84) wrapping things up shortly before the final whistle.
In the other game, Veria drew 1-1 with Kalloni AEL after Nikolaos Kaltzas's eighth-minute goal for the hosts was cancelled out by Juan Manuel Juanma (16).
