A capacity crowd will flock to Stadium Australia to watch the Socceroos play Korea Republic in the final of the 2015 AFC Asian Cup.
The final will be the the eighth sell-out crowd for a tournament infamously labelled a 'lemon' by AFL club Collingwood's president, Eddie McGuire.
Among the numbers that have far exceeded the expectation of tournament organisers and critics alike are the 561,178 fans that have attended 30 matches over 21 days in five cities.
Five of the eight sell-outs were for Socceroos games.
Ange Postecoglou's entertaining team has attracted more than 190,000 fans to its five matches in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Newcastle, at an average of 38,233 fans per game.
