After securing domestic title success by winning the FA Women’s Super League earlier this week, Chelsea will be out to win the club’s first Women’s European crown.

WSL Golden Boot winner Kerr will be a key piece of the puzzle for the Blues as they look to complete an incredible season.
Chelsea have been in incredible form in the Champions League this campaign starting with a comprehensive 8-0 win over two legs against Benfica to advance to the round-of-16.

Victory against Atletico Madrid and back-to-back wins against Wolfsburg set up a semi-final showdown against Bayern Munich.

The Blues' first defeat in this season’s Champions League arrived in the first leg of their semi-final tie versus Bayern Munich as they went down 2-1.

But Emma Hayes’ team dismantled the German side 4-1 with an incredible second-leg performance to book a historic maiden trip to the Champions League final.

The partnership between Kerr and Fran Kirby is the focal point of the Chelsea attack, but it is UEFA player of the year Pernille Harder who might be the real x-factor for the Blues.
Chelsea has the firepower, stability at the back, and squad depth which they will hope is the perfect recipe for European success.

Looking to stop them will be a Barcelona side playing in their second Champions League final in three years.

Defeat in 2019 to French juggernaut Lyon is sure to have the Spanish champions better prepared this time around as they compete for their first Continental honours.

Barcelona has reached at least the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the past five seasons and have quickly become a true powerhouse of the competition.

An 8-2 win against PSV Eindhoven over two legs in the Round-of-32 was followed by a 9-0 aggregate win against Fortuna Hjorring.
in the quarter-finals, Manchester City had no answers for Barca who took a 4-2 aggregate win after taking out the first leg 3-0.

Bogey side PSG was the opponent in the semi-finals and it was two goals from Lieke Martens which helped clinch their place in the finals with a 3-2 win over two legs.

Barcelona are led by star striker Jenni Hermoso who has six goals in the Champions League this season and is the joint top scorer.

Dutch superstar Martens is their x-factor while Ashiot Oshoala also knows how to put the ball in the back of the net.

Barcelona are an out and out powerhouse, taking out the Spanish title with eight games to spare after going on a 26 game winning streak in the league.

The disappointment of their 2019 Champions League loss is sure to be a driving force as they set to make amends in 2021.
