The football superstar took the game into her own hands at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle on Saturday hitting the back of the net in the 77th, 82nd and 84th minute.
It was an unbelievable attacking flurry from the 24-year-old as she put on a display of all the skills which have lifted her to become arguably the world's best.
A 29th minute strike had Newcastle in control of the clash until the 75th minute when Kerr cut in from the right and rifled in a fine, angled drive.
Just 60 seconds later, Glory's talismanic striker curled home from inside the box to put the visitors in front, only for the Jets to hit back almost immediately as Katie Stengel notched her fifth goal of the campaign.
Again Glory responded through Kerr, whose right-foot strike made it 3-2 with just six minutes left, but their hopes of a third away win of the season were dashed when the luckless Sarah Carroll put through her own net deep in stoppage time to ensure that the shares were spoiled.
It was a bittersweet result for Kerr who was a mix of emotions after the final whistle knowing know matter how hard she tried it just wasn't enough for all three points.
“I was angry. That’s all I can say really, just anger. I don’t know where it came from, it was just spur of the moment,” Kerr said.
“I was still angry after I scored and I’m still angry now but I am also super happy to have helped the team out.”
“A hat-trick means nothing when you give up a game in the 90th minute, it’s just super annoying.”
Kerr did provide some insight to her rage with the 24 year-old taking exception to Newcastle's physical defending
“All game I’ve got studs up and down my ankles, been pulled and got given nothing. It’s just physical without any punishment,” she said.

Kerr in line for another accolade
Kerr leads the W-League in scoring this season with eight goals after eight rounds.
Despite the draw, Perth remain in top spot on the table with 13 points but lead only on goal difference from Newcastle who are also on 13 points.
Kerr and her Glory teammates will return to action on December 29 in Perth when they host Brisbane Roar.
