Juventus Bucharest are based in Romania's capital and, although not associated with the Turin club whatsoever, have borne the same name and a near-identical crest for the last 25 years.
The Italians have never taken issue with them before but the Romanians have recently won promotion to Liga I, the top national league, and with it greater prominence.
Juventus have recently undergone had a facelift of their own, changing their traditional crest drastically to a stylised letter J, which has only been in use since the start of the current 2017-18 season.
The crest currently used by Juventus Bucharest is a near copy of the one used by Juventus between 2004 and 2017, with minor changes like the colour scheme.
The Romanian club have agreed to make changes, announcing on their website and Facebook page: 'Association Football Club Juventus Bucharest will inform you that starting with the competitive season 2018-2019 will change its logo and the current club name.
Starting from next season they will be renamed FC Colentina, which is a nod to the name they bore in the 1920s - Juventus Colentina Bucharest.
