The 26-year-old winger's impressive performance helped Mlada Boleslav to a 3-2 win away from home against Zrbrojovka Brno.

Mehbratu has scored eight goals in 16 games this season with his team sitting in fourth spot on the ladder.

Former Sydney FC defender Matt Jurman also found himself on the score sheet overnight with a double in Suwon Bluewinges 2-1 K-League win against Gangwon.

Jurman levelled the scores at 1-1 with his first goal in the 34th minute before scoring the winner in the 77th minute.

The brace was Jurman's first goals for his new club since making the move from the Sky Blues in January.

In the Hungarian league former A-League journeyman David Williams continued his rich vein of form scoring for club side Haladas FC in their 4-2 loss to Debrecen.

The goal was Williams fifth in six games and takes his tally to nine for the season.

It was a quiet night in the Championship for the Aussie contingent with Massimo Luongo playing 90 minutes in QPR's 3-1 loss to Brentford, Jackson Irvine put in a full shift for Burton Albion in their 2-1 win against Leeds United and Bailey Wright logging a 90 minute performance for Bristol City.

In other leagues Trent Sainsbury was an unused substitute for Inter Milan, Matthew Leckie played a whole match for Ingolstadt in their 4-2 loss to Wolfsburg and in Switzerland Tomi Juric notched the full 90 in Luzern's 4-1 loss to Grasshopper.
