AaB stands alone at the top of the Superliga with two games left after FC Midtjylland was beaten on Thursday (Friday AEST).
Victory would have put FC Midtjylland level at the top on 58 points, but it was beaten 3-1 at Brondby.
Jose Ariel Nunez scored twice inside the first 20 minutes for the home side, with Makienok Christoffersen adding a third (32).
Igboun Emeka responded but it mattered little and AaB could now be confirmed as champion with a game to spare.
FC Copenhagen is third after it left it late to see off second-bottom Viborg 2-0.
Substitute Nicolai Jorgensen opened the scoring (81) before Thomas Kristensen added a penalty.
AGF Aarhus is also in the relegation zone and was beaten 2-1 at FC Vestsjaelland.
A Martin Jorgensen own goal got them off to a shocker and, even though Osama Akharraz equalised, Lasse Nielsen won it late on.
Elsewhere, Odense BK got the better of Randers FC 2-1.
The damage was done early on, with Freyr Skulason and Rasmus Falk Jensen scoring inside 11 minutes before Mads Agesen responded.
