After one of the most nail-biting World Cup qualifying campaigns in Australian football history, the Socceroos have finally booked their place in Russia. At the official 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia draw in Moscow on 1st of December, 2017, the Socceroos have drawn the second position in Group C, and will face a relatively favourable set of opponents in the group stage of the FIFA World Cup - France, Peru and Denmark.
Belgium
The 2018 FIFA World Cup will see some mouthwatering matchups in the group stage, including Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal up against former world champions, Spain in Group B.

Group D will see Messi against his Barcelona FC teammate, Ivan Rakitic when Argentina take on Croatia, who boasts one of the most talented midfields in the world.

Belgium, one of the dark horses to challenge for the World Cup trophy will be up against England. The abundance of Belgium's superstars will be familiar with the England side, having the majority of the national team ply their trade in the Premier League.
