Thierry Henry will be part of Arsene Wenger's UEFA Champions League squad for Arsenal's last-16 tie against AC Milan next month, the coach confirmed.
Henry scored 42 goals in Europe in his first spell with Arsenal and will be involved again after completing his short-term loan deal on Friday.
Wenger, who has already said Henry will play in Monday evening's (Tuesday morning AEDT) FA Cup tie with Leeds United, confirmed that the record goalscorer will be eligible to play in the Champions League this season.
"Yes, he will be (in the squad)," Wenger told www.arsenal.com
"I have given Vito Mannone out on loan to Hull and Thierry will take his place.
"He has good memories of playing in Milan, where he scored three goals against Inter Milan. It is logical to include him."
