Arsenal has completed the signing of Spain international Santiago Cazorla from Malaga, the player claims on his Twitter account.
"I can say I am a new Arsenal player," the 27-year-old midfielder wrote.
Cazorla, who has won 47 caps but missed the 2010 FIFA World Cup triumph after a hernia, starred last season as Malaga reached the UEFA Champions League while former side Villarreal was relegated.
He was in the Spain squad which won EURO 2012 and also featured in the EURO 2008 success.
