Barca's Keita bound for China

8 July 2012-AFP

Barcelona's Mali international Seydou Keita has left the club after a four-year spell, the Spanish giant announced.

"Barcelona thank Seydou Keita for his support over the past few years and wish him fresh professional and personal success in the future," a Barcelona statement read.

The 32-year-old midfielder triggered a clause in his contract enabling his release if he did not figure in at least half of Barca's matches last season.

According to several Spanish media reports, double UEFA Champions League winner Keita is set to join Chinese side Dalian Aerbin.
