Rangers has reached an agreement with midfielder Juanma Ortiz that has seen the Spaniard's contract terminated by mutual consent.
The 30-year-old moved to Ibrox last northern summer from Almeria but returned to his former club on loan for the second half of last season.
The ex-Athletico Madrid youngster had agreed to have his contract switched to newco Rangers but has now left the club after an agreement was reached.

Green said of the agreement: "The club would like to wish Juanma well for the future.
"The club will not have any objection to an International Transfer Certificate being provided by the SFA and the player has conducted himself in the correct manner."
