Perth continued it's march up the National Youth League table with a 1-0 win over Gold Coast at Southport on Saturday.
The game's only goal came when Steven Hesketh's volley in the 26th minute hit the crossbar and came off United keeper Jerrad Tyson’s back for an own goal.
Perth searched desperately for an equaliser for the remainder of the match but were left to play with 10 men when Richard Greer received his second yellow card after 60 minutes.
Glory’s fifth win in a row sees them move to second on the table, while early pace setters United have only won once in five starts and are now hanging on to fourth position.
