The Qatari, who had a lifetime ban from the game overturned by CAS in July, was challenging a secondary sanction that prevented him being involved in national or international football matters for an initial period of 90 days.
The ban on Bin Hammam was designed to clear the way for the world governing body's ethics committee to fully investigate allegations of financial mismanagement and corruption pertaining to his time as president of the Asian Football Confederation.
