SBS has secured the free-to-air TV broadcast rights for UEFA EURO 2012TM and will show eight matches, including four LIVE finals.
EURO 2012 SBS BROADCAST SCHEDULE
The LIVE matches include the final on Monday 2 July plus one semi-final and two quarter-finals.
The remaining four matches shown will be delayed group stage games including the opening match between Poland and Greece plus Spain v Italy, France v England and Netherlands v Germany.
SBS will also show matchday highlights at 5.30pm on SBS TWO.
The UEFA European Football ChampionshipTM tournament is held every four years and features 16 international teams.
The 2012 event will be held in Poland and Ukraine from 8 June 2012 with qualified countries including defending champion and FIFA 2010 World Cup winner Spain plus former European champions France, Greece, Italy, Germany and Netherlands. EURO 96 semi-finalist England will also be there.

SBS’s coverage of UEFA EURO 2012TM will be hosted by The World Game’s Les Murray and David Basheer with analysis from Craig Foster and David Zdrilic. Martin Tyler will provide commentary for all eight games while SBS reporter Vitor Sobral will be on the ground in Poland and Ukraine.
SBS will also stream the LIVE matches online and provide LIVE scores, news, results and video highlights of every match at www.sbs.com.au/theworldgame.
