Spain have retained top spot, while Africa Cup of Nations winners Egypt surged from No.24 all the way to No.10.
European champions Spain are followed by Brazil and the Netherlands.
The top nine were unchanged, with only No.8 Argentina having played a game in the past month.
Egypt's third straight continental title lifted them 14 places and into their highest ever spot, passing the 15th ranking they achieved in January last year.
Cup of Nations semi-finalists Nigeria rose seven places to No.15 and runners-up Ghana climbed seven to No.27.
Cameroon fell nine places to No.20 and Cote d'Ivoire dropped six to No.22.
The United States were unchanged at No.14 and Mexico are still No.17.
