Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers says he is relishing the opportunity to take his squad to Fenway Park later this month, when it plays Italian side Roma on 25 July as part of the 100 year celebrations of the iconic Boston stadium.
Liverpool is due to embark on a pre-season tour of North America and Canada, where it plays three fixtures.
"Fenway Park is one of the most prestigious venues in American sport," Rodgers said, adding, "I'm just really looking forward to the experience but there is no pressure in a pre-season game."
Liverpool will also travel to Canada to play Toronto FC on 21 July before playing fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur on 28 July in Baltimore.
