Juventus fined as bans decided

Juventus has been hit with a 20,000 euros ($25,578) fine by league bosses as Inter Milan pair Freddy Guarin and Alvaro Pereira and Roma's Nicolas Burdisso were handed one-game Italian Cup bans.

League champion Juve was fined for fans' 'discriminatory' songs during the Italian Cup semi-final, first leg against Lazio, which finished 1-1.

Inter pair Guarin and Pereira, as well as Roma's Burdisso, were handed one-match bans for incidents which occurred during Roma's 2-1 first leg win at the Olympic Stadium.

Lazio hosts Juventus in the semi-final, second leg on 29 January while Inters host Roma in its second leg semi on 17 April.
