On his way ... Zlatan Ibrahimoic is expected to leave Milan for PSG (Getty)
AC Milan is selling Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Brazilian midfielder Thiago Silva to ambitious Paris Saint-Germain, Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi was quoted as saying.
Italian news reports said that the deal was worth around 65 million euros ($79.4 million) but that final details needed to be settled.
"I have sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to PSG," Berlusconi was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport's website.
Milan has also sold Gennaro Gattuso, Filippo Inzaghi, Gianluca Zambrotta and Mark van Bommel over the past weeks.
It failed to defend its Serie A title in the past season, coming second behind Juventus.
PSG is spending big under its new Qatari ownership in an effort to win a first French league title since 1994 and to do well in Europe.
It is coached by former Milan and Chelsea helmsman Carlo Ancelotti.
