AGF eases past Brondby

6 August 2012-PA Sport

Brondby's indifferent start to the Danish Superliga season continued after it was beaten 3-1 by AGF Aarhus.

Davit Devdariani gave the home side a 35th-minute lead, which was doubled by Aron Johannsson after 62 minutes.

Soren Berg further extended the advantage three minutes later before Simon Christoffersen scored a consolation four minutes from time for Brondby which has just three points from its opening four matches.

Elsewhere, FC Midtjylland beat Randers FC 2-1. Sylvester Igboun Emeka put the home side in front after 32 minutes, before Mads Albaek extended the lead with 17 minutes left.

Tidiane Sane reduced the arrears with four minutes left to give the visitor hope, but the host held on to register its second win of the season.
