Rio Ferdinand must decide by Thursday afternoon (UK time) whether to contest the English Football Association's decision to charge him over his reaction to the John Terry racism trial.
In the aftermath of Terry being found not guilty of abusing Ferdinand's brother Anton at Loftus Road last October, the Manchester United defender became involved in a conversation on Twitter.
