Reinforcements... Blackburn striker David Goodwillie is one of the players to receive a late call-up to face the Socceroos (Getty)
Blackburn Rovers striker David Goodwillie has been called up for Scotland's friendly against the Socceroos in Edinburgh, after four other players were forced to withdraw.
Goodwillie was brought in along with Leeds United striker Ross McCormack and Rangers midfielder Ian Black after manager Craig Levein was hit by four withdrawals for the game.
Winger James Forrest (groin), striker Jamie Mackie (calf) and defender Phil Bardsley (ankle) have pulled out while midfielder Graham Dorrans is with his baby daughter who is ill in hospital.
The game, to be played at Hibs' Easter Road home, is Levein's last opportunity to get a look at his squad before the 2014 World Cup qualifiers begin next month.
Scotland starts its campaign with a double-header at Hampden Park against Serbia and Macedonia before trips to Wales and Belgium the following month.
