NYL: Gold coast wins

21 January 2012-SBS

Gold Coast United's National Youth League team has closed the gap between itself and Sydney FC following a 2-1 win at WIN Jubilee Oval.

Mitch Cooper and Tahj Minnecon provided the goals, to make it two wins in a row for Gold Coast.

Nathan Sherlock replied for the home side, but the win was enough for Gold Coast to edge closer to third-placed Sydney FC.
