Oman, who is preparing for the forthcoming Gulf Cup, took a quick lead in the game as its striker Hassan Rabia opened the scoring on the night after only three minutes.

Claude Le Roy's outfit continued its dominance as Imad Al Hosni made it 2-0 in the 38th minute just six minutes before he scored the third goal for his side who held on to its big win in the second period of the game.

Oman will continue its preparation with another friendly next Wednesday morning (AEST) as it takes on Qatar.
