The Real Madrid star suffered an ankle injury in the weeks leading up to La Liga's suspension and has been training under quarantine as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Criticised upon his pre-season arrival for carrying too much weight, Hazard has since confessed that the contents in his kitchen have become a temptation.
"It's complicated for me," Hazard told RTBF, as quoted by Marca. "I'm trying not to eat a lot.
"I'm trying not to go into the pantry to eat a lot of buns, but it's not easy."
With only one goal and five assists to show from 15 appearances this season, the 29-year-old acknowledged the significance surrounding his recovery in time for the 2019-20 campaign's resumption.
"I'm working with the physic (sic) online," he said.
"He can't come here anymore because he fell ill and has to stay at home.
"I'm working to strengthen my ankle and I'm doing what I can from home."
Madrid are currently second in the league standings, two points behind rivals Barcelona with 11 games remaining.
