Kerr last season broke the NWSL all-time scoring record as well as climbing the competition's Golden Boot honour for the second year.
She currently leads the scoring charts again this season with nine goals for Chicago Red Stars.
US star Alex Morgan was crowned Best Female Athlete while the Women's World Cup winning US team took out best team.
