Lineker, 56, caught up with Guardiola for an interview in the latest episode of The Premier League show, as the Spaniard reflected on his impressive coaching career.

But Guardiola, 46, instead ambushed Lineker at the start of the chat to discuss his repeated requests for the star's Barcelona jersey, which fell on deaf ears.
Guardiola: "Do you know I was a ball boy? And I gave you balls when you were playing there."

Lineker: "I probably didn't control them."

Guardiola: "No, as I remember ... I asked you for shirts after the game and you never gave me. Never.

Lineker: "Now I feel really bad."

Lineker spent three years at Barcelona during the late 1980s and was obviously a favourite for young ball boy Guardiola, despite the shirt snub.
