Mooy has been Huddersfield's star player, making the Championship team of the season, in his first year in England.
Widely expected to play in the Premier League next season, either with his current club Huddersfield or another top division side, Mooy has had a memorable 12 months.
The 26-year-old former Western Sydney Wanderers and Melbourne City star first met Nicola in 2011 and was thrilled to have tied the knot.
"She's finally my wife! What an amazing day," he wrote on Instagram.
Mooy and his now wife Nicola were joined by their daughter Skylar for the ceremony, believed to be in England.
Mooy's focus will now turn to the Championship playoff final against Reading on Tuesday morning 12am (AEST).
