The Swedish striker teased United fans in an Instagram post showing Ibrahimovic during his injury rehabilitation with the caption "ready for the final".

Ibrahimovic was ruled out for the season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury on April 20 in Manchester United's Europa League quarter-final second leg against Anderlecht.

Since going under the knife to repair his injured knee, Ibrahimovic has been doing rehabilitation in the United States.
The former PSG striker's future at Manchester United is still under a cloud with Ibrahimovic believed to have not signed a contract extension at the Red Devils before his injury.

Ibrahimovic said he feels “fixed and stronger” after surgery on the injury.

The 35-year-old’s super agent, Mino Raiola, incredibly claimed doctors want the star back for research as his knee is so strong.

Raiola told Expressen: “His knee is so strong that the doctors said they had never seen anything like it.

“He has a knee that it is almost impossible for a football player with a 20-year career to have.

“It was quite clean, there was no harm in it."
