Bilic was sent off by referee Michael Oliver after his furious reaction to the Baggies' stoppage-time equaliser, which secured a 2-2 draw at London Stadium - the Croatian picking up and throwing a touchline broadcast microphone.
Jurcevic had already been sent to the stands in the 19th minute for protesting against West Ham's disallowed goal, which would have made the score 1-1.
After the match, Bilic was unrepentant for his actions and was seemingly not worried about a potential suspension, which may come after the FA's statement on Monday.
"Will I get a ban? Whatever," Bilic said. "We have been punished enough with the result. I'm sorry to the microphone."
Bilic has been charged with improper conduct, while Jurcevic - who ventured down the touchline to remonstrate with the assistant referee - has been charged with misconduct. The pair have until 18:00 GMT on Thursday to respond.
