Celtic's coach Brendan Rodgers refused to confirm what kind of injury the midfielder had, or for how long he would be out for, saying "We'll assess tomorrow at training."
Rogic had been at the heart of the action in the first half, but was brought down by a sliding tackle form Dundee's Darren O'Dea in the 46th minute.
O'Dea received a yellow card for the tackle, as Rogic limped off the field, unable to continue.
Rogic has had injury troubles in the past with Celtic, but this season has been his best yet, having scored 10 goals, picking up 5 assists in 27 matches.
Australia is not in action until March 2017, but no doubt coach Ange Postecoglou will be monitoring the health of his star midfielder closely.
