Griffiths goal proves decisive for Roda at AZ

Australian midfielder Rostyn Griffiths scored the match-winning goal for Roda JC in its 1-0 win over AZ in the Eredivisie on Monday (AEST).

The 27 year-old may have missed out on being called up for the Socceroos' upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, but he did his future selection chances no harm by netting the winner for Roda in 36th minute.

It was Griffiths' first goal for the club in his fourth appearance since joining from Perth Glory.
