The that both players underwent medicals in the city on Tuesday and are preparing to sign two-year contracts after Western Sydney signaled it was willing to release the pair.

Forward Haliti and midfielder Poljak would be the latest to leave the Asian champion, which has been revamping its squad after a disappointing 2014-2015 A-League campaign.

Once those deals are complete, the Jets will reportedly also attempt to add Adelaide United midfielder Cameron Watson to their squad.
