Postecoglou and Popovic amongst the world's best coaches

Ange Postecoglou and Tony Popovic have been named among world football's top 50 managers by a prestigious international magazine.

FourFourTwo has hailed Postecoglou after he oversaw Australia's Asian Cup triumph and Popovic led Western Sydney Wanderers to the Asian Champions League title.

Postecoglou was selected in 39th - just three spots behind new Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez - while Popovic came in at 45th.

The magazine took into account recent achievements, man-management skills, tactical nous and leadership.
