Glory has released Maclaren to allow him to pursue alternate football opportunities.
"I would like to thank the club and all the fans and members for their support over the past two years," Maclaren said.
"I have many fond memories of Western Australia and have enjoyed my time here.
"As far as my future is concerned, I don't have any immediate plans but I would like to wish the club the best of luck in the forthcoming campaign."
Maclaren played 38 matches and scored 11 goals for Glory during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 A-League seasons.
Glory said it would like to wish him the best of luck going forward.
