Tottenham scoring ace ready to Kane Sydney FC

Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane said he can't seem to get enough football and is looking forward to strutting his stuff against Sydney FC on Saturday night but Sky Blues defender Sebastian Ryall is not fussed by all the hype.

A bumper crowd of more than 70,000 is expected at ANZ Stadium for Saturday night's match against the Sky Blues, who will also face English Premier League champions Chelsea at the same venue on Tuesday night.

Despite coming off a long English season, Kane said he loves football and just wants to keep playing - in an ominous warning for Graham Arnold's side.

"I enjoy football. I love playing the game, and I just want to keep playing," Kane said, after arriving in Australia on Thursday from a 52-match season for club and country.
"Our visit to Australia is a great chance to keep my fitness high before I take a little break and focus on next season.

Kane, 21, scored a club equalling-record 21 goals this season - to join Teddy Sheringham, Jurgen Klinsmann and Gareth Bale - and scored both goals in Spurs' 2-1 win over a Malaysian XI on Wednesday.
"It's not been a bad season," the striker said in a burst of understatement.

"I have enjoyed every moment of it, but a lot of it's not sunk in yet. I'll probably be on a beach somewhere soon before it does sink in."

It was Kane who scored the goal that beat Everton in the last EPL match of the season and clinched Spurs fifth place and a spot in the Europa League.

His golden year was capped off by a goal inside 80 seconds when he made his England debut off the bench in a March friendly at Wembley against Lithuania.

The PFA Young Player of the Year has become a familiar new name on the world scene, but he was still taken aback by the throng of fans who welcomed spurs at Sydney airport.

"Sometimes playing in the Premier League you don't realise how much support you've got around the word," he said.

"It was an amazing turnout. God knows how many fans were there."

One of the Sydney FC defenders who will have his hands full containing Kane is Ryall, but the 25-year-old right-back is not about to go weak at the knees in the face of Kane's stardom.

"Football is a team game," he said when asked how he would stop Kane.

"We are all very much aware of the talent in the Tottenham squad, but it's very much a team game, and we pride ourselves on our defence."

Kane's 57 minutes of game-time and two goals in Malaysia give a strong indication that Australian fans will see a lot of him in action in Saturday's exhibition match.
