Just four months ago, Jamieson signed a two-year contract extension, with an option of a third, but the 26-year-old secured a release from that deal on Thursday to end his three-year stint at the club.
Glory was stripped of its spot in this season's finals and fined $269,000 after being found guilty of systemically rorting the salary cap over the past three seasons.
The club was found to be around $400,000 over the cap this season alone.
A host of Glory players were left fuming over the club's activities, with striker Jamie Maclaren issuing Perth with a breach notice in a bid to win an early release from his own deal.
Although the club will fight to retain Maclaren, it agreed to let Jamieson go.
Dutch winger Youssouf Hersi secured a release last week, while goalkeeper Danny Vukovic announced earlier this week he would also part ways with the club.
Jamieson, who could be in the sights of the Wanderers, played a total of 56 A-League games for Glory since arriving in Perth in 2012.
Last week, Wanderers defender Antony Golec signed on with Glory on a two-year deal.
Jamieson took to Twitter to announce his departure and thank the supporters but he did not give any indication what his next move would be.
