The 194cm Sydney born stopper is making the move to Western Australia after making 17 appearances for the Asian champion this season.
"I am very excited to be joining Perth Glory for the next two years,” said Golec, who has also turned out for Sydney FC and Adelaide United.
“I am looking forward to playing good football under coach Kenny Lowe and his assistant Andy Ord. I have been able to get to know them well in recent years, so I'm looking forward to the move" he said.
Lowe said Golec, who played for the U-20 and U-23 national teams, was a great acquisition for the club.
“He’s got a good pedigree, played for two top clubs in Australia, he’s versatile and has played in an Asian Champions League final, so that tells you what kind of player he is”.
Golec, is due to arrive in Perth next month, before he joins the team for pre-season training in mid-June.
