Coe played 73 A-League games for Victory after arriving in 2012 but his final campaign was cruelly ended with a season-ending back injury against Wellington Phoenix in April.
While 30 year-old Coe hasn’t been offered a new contract, the club confirmed it will continue to support him through his rehabilitation.
Lawrence Thomas deputised for Coe in the latter part of the season and was faultless as Kevin Muscat's side claimed the Premiers' Plate and Championship trophy.
Nabbout, 22, made 40 appearances in total after his debut in October 2012 with his most meorable contribution coming a month later - scoring twice as a substitute in a come from behind 3-2 win over Sydney FC.
Youth international Brown, 18, played four A-League games and two AFC Champions League matches in the 2014-2015 season but was not seen in the first team.
