Forwards Kerem Bulut and Nikita Rukavytsya, midfielders Jason Trifiro, Nick Ward and Nick Kalmar, defenders Antony Golec and Adrian Madaschi and Italian import Iacopo La Rocca were the others to end their association with the Wanderers after a disappointing A-League campaign that resulted in a ninth place finish.
Foundation player Covic departs the Wanderers after three trophy-laden years that saw him win an A-League Premiers' Plate, AFC Champions League and A-League Goalkeeper of the Year and AFC Champions League Most Valuable Player.
He joined the club in 2012 after being released by Melbourne Victory and made a record 97 appearances that included FFA Cup and FIFA Club World Cup games.
Juric joined the club from Adelaide United in 2013 and scored 17 times in 51 matches a- including the winner in the AFC Champions League Final last November.
"It is definitely a place I’ll keep close to my heart and I’d like to thank everyone for their time and support over the years and hopefully it is not the last time I will be in the Red & Black," Juric said.
Foundation player Iacopo La Rocca played 78 times for the Red & Black and said it was now time to "start a new challenge."
"I would like to say thank you to everyone, all the supporters, my team-mates and the staff. In just three years we achieved something special not just for the Wanderers and Western Sydney, but for all of Australia."
Golec, 37 games, leaves Pirtek Stadium and appears headed for Perth Glory with talk that goalkeeper Danny Vukovic and defender Scott Jamieson will head in the opposite direction.
"My time at the Wanderers has been fantastic, I’ve loved every minute of it. To leave as an Asian Champion is something that probably won’t happen again outside of this club," Golec said.
"Moving on was a tough decision to make and I had a few sleepless nights but I’m grateful I got to play for such a prestigious club. I made many friends from the staff and players who I’ll remain close with."
Foundation players Trifiro played 49 times for the Wanderers while forwards Rukavytsya (28 appearances, 4 goals) and Bulut (13 appearances, 6 goals).
Kalmar (13 appearances, 2 goals), Ward (1 appearance) and Madaschi all joined the club as injury-replacement players during the season.
