The Brazilian playmaker joined the Wanderers in June 2014 and made 15 appearances in the A-League, AFC Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup.
"The club and player have mutually agreed to part ways to allow the player to pursue alternative playing opportunities,"Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas said.
"In his short period of time with us we have won the AFC Champions League of which he was a part of, and we wish him every success in the next stage of his football journey."
Saba played his part in the Wanderers' ACL success, coming off the bench in both legs of the final against Al Hilal.
7 months... No, no, 2 yrs and a half. Yes... Since day one I am a fan of the WSW. I spent two yrs jn Italy streaming almost all WSW games at home. I wanted to play for this team so much, that I bought out my contract in Italy. But you know what ? €100.000 well spent. I don't regret. Never will. Playing in front of these fans and living the experiences that I have lived in these months, no money in the world can pay. I am part of the History. I'm proud of that. Unfortunately, you will never know the truth. But you actually never do. Thanks to my teammates that supported me and helped me growing as a player as well. It's all about them, don't forget it. Goodbye Western Sydney, goodbye Australia. Do it with passion, or not at all. And Be Different, normal is boring. Really.
